We are dedicated to National, State & social security since 1913 onwards. Father of Fattesingh Gaikwad, Mr. Sohanrao Gaikwad from the village Kondhapuri, Pune entered the armed force services in 1913 at the age of 18. He achieved the post of Subedar Major Hon. Captain & was the recipient of OBI Bahadur .(order of the British Empire equivalent to Victoria Cross, the highest decoration of that time. This line this legacy was carried forward by Mr. Prataprao Gaikwad brother of Mr. Fattesingh Gaikwad retired as Lt Col VSM & Mr. Fattesingh (Addl.Dy.Commr of Police /Addl Supdt of Police (retd) both were the recipient of Presidents award - VSM & Gallantry award respectively. Maternal uncle served in the army & retired as Lt.Col AEC. First cousin Vikram Gaikwad is now serving as Colonel in the Armed forces & commanding ofcer for J&K battalion. (NDA pass out)

An elaborate system of monitoring performance of security guards/caretakers by routine / surprise checks by our eld staff & central teams is worked out & diligently put into operation. At local level, eld ofcers are on vigorous tour of duty, checking each facility. They provide feed back to the respective Managers in the form of the eld ofcers report Likewise, the Dy.
